Yes. As part of the Netia Compute service, customers can back up virtual machines to a second location based on a solution from Commvault - the market leader. The backup is managed by dedicated Netia engineers. Thanks to the additional Netia Data Protection service, agent backup of individual files or databases is also possible.

The most effective protection is to have a second environment capable of restoring data during any failure of the primary location. Even with a backup and no place to restore it, we are helpless. You do not have to bear the full cost of maintaining a backup environment. Thanks to the Netia DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service) service, the customer pays for most resources only when they need to be used. The automation of processes in the cloud also allows you to achieve a recovery time of several minutes. DRaaS can be used as a security for environments running in Netia's cloud or systems from the client's private server room.
